NOTICE OF ZONING HEARINGThe Administrative Law Judge of Baltimore County, by authority of the Zoning Act and Regulations of Baltimore County, will hold a virtual hearing and/or in person (upon request) on the property identified herein as follows: CASE NUMBER: 2026-0002-SPH 21307 York Road E/side of Old York Road, s/east of nearest intersecting street Turner Crossing Road 2nd Election District - 4th Council District Legal Owners: Ayda Swartz, Meadowcroft Services, LLC Special Hearing to permit non-density transfer of a 0.6167 acre +/- parcel of land from a 2.8507 ac. property (parcel 243) owned by Meadowcroft Services, LLC to an adjoining 6.0398 ac. property (parcel 184) owned by Ayda Ann Swartz. to permit the non-density transfer of a 0.5234 acre +/- parcel of land from a 6.0398 ac. property (parcel 184) owned by Ayda Ann Swartz to an adjoining 2.8507 ac. property (parcel 243) owned by Meadowcroft Services, LLC. Parcel 184 will have 6.1331 aces and Parcel 243 will have 2.7574 acres.
