NOTICE OF ZONING HEARINGThe Administrative Law Judge of Baltimore County, by authority of the Zoning Act and Regulations of Baltimore County, will hold a virtual hearing and/or in person (upon request) on the property identified herein as follows: CASE NUMBER: 2026-0043-A 3113 Cresson Avenue S/east side of Cresson Avenue, 380 ft. n/east of Windsor Mill Road 2nd Election District - 4th Council District Legal Owners: Gladys & Idowu Adebayo Variance per BCZR, Section 432A.1.C.1 to allow parking setback of 0 ft. from property line in lieu of the required 10 ft. for an assisted living facility. Any other variances deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.
